March 18, 2023 - Very Good++. Lovely, inviting wine with notable floral expression, some honey, and herbal tones. No real notes, but sips nice on its own and paired very well with a salad of mixed grilled & raw frisée and treviso radicchio with Roquefort, dill, and toasted hazelnuts simply dressed with some EVOO and saba, S&P.
13% abv
Of the 10 wines in the Chidaine lineup, four are sec and this is the 2nd driest of them with only the Clos de Breuil drier.
This is ready, but no hurry. -
