March 9, 2021 - {organic} PnP. Dark ruby, with good freshness that leads into a full-flavored, medium body. From 100% Salamino di Santa Croce, vines ~ 40 years of age. Raised entirely in stainless; controlled temp, with ~ 9 days of maceration. Unique expression, and fun. Great food wine. recommended+
