December 16, 2023 - For me this wine virtually never fails to deliver. Looked so young straw and green in the glass. I realised this wine has a Chablis-esque quality - a fresh splash of the ocean in its taste. Grassy herbaceousness, white flowers, apples, pears - lovely balanced (but still fresh) acidity but with an ethereal textural roundness (the ageing semillon?). Just a perfect harmony between the grape varieties and delivering like a symphony. Enjoyed with fresh seafood (oysters/prawns).

November 13, 2023 - We brought this bottle back from Australia almost 4 years ago, and had been waiting for the right time to drink it. Light straw color, flinty nose, almost a disciplined mouthfeel that said: "Notice my structure, my balance, my minerality" and we did! The finish held on and on. Citrus-y, melon notes, just a hint of salinity-this was outstanding.
