February 29, 2024 - Dark red. Right out of the cellar at 12°C this is fragrant of raspberry syrup. Concentrated raspberry and floral palate, crisply structured. This is an exceptionally good bottle of Beaujolais.
Surprisingly, the last 6 ounces, drunk the next day, were just structural and hollow of fruit. -
