  February 3, 2020 - Pale lemon in the glass. Not a lot of fruit left on this, just a metallic aroma & taste profile. Pretty dead, past its prime. Unfortunately, didn't show much potential even when it was fresher. Next.

  November 24, 2019 - By the glass. Artificially monotonous with rough tropical notes. Get tired right away. No length and no consistent texture. Only saved, if any, by a sparkling acidity. For Colonel Kurtz.

  February 19, 2019 - Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. Clear, day bright, pale lemon, with a slight copper hue. The nose is clean, medium in intensity and youthful, with ripe yellow apple, lemon zest, delicate white flowers and a slight lees note. The palate is dry, with medium acidity and medium alcohol (12.5%). The palate is consistent with the nose, with a slight bitterness on the finish. Overall this is wine is medium-bodied, with medium flavor intensity. It is showing very well for a $13 Pinot Grigio. Drink now, note intended for aging.
