December 7, 2020 - Quite an elegant wine with tangy quince and citrus fruits, pinpoint acidity and delicious mineral notes. The texture is a bit oily and saturated and it remains on the tongue for a long time. Very good wine with food.

May 9, 2020 - Excellent by any standard. Creaminess of a Chardonnay with the briskness of a Pigato. Syrupy stone fruit, white flowers, lemon zest, vanilla and minerals. Ready to drink now.
