December 28, 2006 - Snowing incredibly hard outside right now - and what the heck, let's go for a Loire SB!! Stony, high acid tinged nose, loads of lemons and stones...austere in a good way on the palate, sends chills down your spine because of the bracing acidity - love it! Can't wait for spring!
