November 24, 2022 - I put it aside for T-day, then COVID meant we weren't having a family get together--when one of the family came down with it, no way we were risking anyone else's health. But this is a really good wine with turkey and sides. Lowish tannin, drinks a bit like a cab franc, a little bit like a gamay, both of which are good on this holiday, IMO. I really enjoyed my bottles of this, and wish I could locate more, but maybe next year we just buy a bottle from Austria, and maybe we finally have the Thanksgiving we had before 2020.

August 10, 2022 - Still tasty, but I think drunk just in time. Really smoothed out, but still stood to pairing with BBQ

April 21, 2021 - Rich and tasty. Very full bodied, dark fruit. A slight hotness from alcohol, on top of a peppery taste.

January 6, 2019 - Very enjoyable sipping wine. We had it with Salmon and it was just fine. Everyone enjoyed it.
