July 2, 2021 - 13% alcohol; Orvino Imports and Distributing, Inc., Coral Springs (near Miami), Florida; real cork with maximum of 3 mm wine penetration, aroma is sourish and corky; crystalline yellow, fast legs, nose of sour berries; opened and tasted 10 minutes later at 12 degrees C; slight fizz was felt on the tongue although no bubbles were discernible; bitterness and sourness prevail, tannins in the background, extending into the medium finish; pair with hard cheese
