Way more complexity than many an average champagne: funky and earthy in an alluring way, with a little of that toasty, yeasty quality, yet layers of citrus to go along with it. Definitely one to repeat if it can be obtained.

March 22, 2020 - Impressed! Lots of strawberry, apple, bread crust on the nose. Palate has rich, full texture that’s definitely above average. Medium plus finish, good acid. Best Italian sparkler I’ve had, I think it could easily stand beside entry level NV Champagnes. Would be fun to put it to the test sometime. Great qpr too at $25.
