  October 6, 2023 - Absolutely delicious right now. Beautiful black fruits with a hint of peppercorn, balanced, no tannins, I would think this is in its prime. This is in the claret style of zin.

  March 26, 2021 - Crimson in color. 15.1% ABV. Gorgeous nose of black fruits, anise and cracked pepper. Full bodied with mouth watering acidity. Lush and fruit forward with exceptional balance. Black cherry, raspberry liqueur and white pepper on the palate. Tremendous length on the finish. Very good but lacking the sheer excitement of the 15 I had a month or so back. Best over the next 2-4 years.

  December 25, 2019 - Elegant, complex Zinfandel with long, smooth, clean finish. Black peppercorn flavors are more subtle than in some vintages.
