January 2, 2021 - Appearance - Deep ruby color, clear @ edge, reflective, good body/legs - 3/3
Aroma/Bouquet - Blackberry, black plum, mineral/limestone notes, some spice, vanilla/oak, light heat/alcohol - 5/6
Taste - Blackberry, black currant, light tannins, light alcohol, mineral, some leafy, earthy on the tongue - 5/6
Aftertaste - Long fruit finish, black fruit continues, tannins fade nicely, some spice and chocolate - 3/3
Overall - Good complex wine, fruit/tannins/acid balanced well - 2/2

Taste - Red raspberry, plum, light tannins, some spice, light alcohol, oak, , earthy - 5/6
Aftertaste - Long finish, red fruit continues, tannins fade, light oak - 3/3

April 5, 2020 - Great Cab! Dark garnet in color, black fruit and vanilla/oak, spice, some vegetal expected from Cabs, light tannins that fade. Mid length fruit finish. A good complex wine with fruit and minerality.
