  February 3, 2007 - Heavy aspargus with some citrus on the nose. Dominant flavors of asparagus on the palate as well. The flavors transition towards a more tangy grass and pineapple. The finish zirs instead of zings due to bottle age, but it is long and tart with a subtle biscuit note.

  February 1, 2007 - I had my first glass about 20 minutes after coming out of the fridge. Probably a little colder than it should have been. This SB has a wonderful hay color and a nice citrusy nose. A distinct grapefruit taste which was a little tart for me. Medium acidity. A nice long finish. Day 2 on this bottle was smoother.

  January 26, 2007 - This is among my favorite SBs. The nose is full of grapefruit and fern. The taste is light and crisp with just enough sweetness to balance the acidity.
