I would almost say a typical von Winning Sauvignon, probably a hypothetical blend between Styria and Alto Adige.
Fresh and rich, really enjoyable. -

April 13, 2021 - Color: Medium yellow. Quite deep for a SB. Nose: Very atypical. Somewhat fruity. Not the best smell. Mouth: Better on the palate. Very atypical. Disjointed and quite pungent. There is an aroma of exotic fruits. It is becoming better while it is warming up and breathing.

January 10, 2021 - In der Nase Steinfrucht, deutliche Holzwürze, typische leicht geröstete helle Kräuterfrische, deutlich Feuerstein und extrem viel Limette.
Letztere dominiert auch am Gaumen, insgesamt findet sich eine Spur Cassis. Sehr gute Säurestruktur. Dazu recht üppig und mit etwas strukturnehmender Karamell-Wärme.
Trotzdem recht lang.
