August 5, 2007 - Outstanding. This wine has aged nicely. Mild tannins, nice fruity palatte, mostly blackberry and raspberry. Good finish. Good value. One of the best Finger Lakes Francs I've tasted.

March 22, 2007 - Color was a light ruby red. Tips were yellowish brown. The nose was a dusty, hints of black rasberry, cedar, and vanilla oak. The taste was smooth, light tannins, not too much fruit. The finish was short lived and was not spectacular. This is my first Cab Franc and I wasn't very impressed. It was like the grapes were picked unripe. I don't think I will be purchasing another bottle.
