Community Tasting Notes 2

November 2, 2018 - Faint nose. Kept getting hit with alcohol on the mid palate and finish. Seems unbalanced. Surprisingly, a moderately long finish. Went great with a light pasta. More character than your typical Pinot Grigio, but not worth revisiting.

September 29, 2018 - Südtirol 2018; 9/28/2018-9/30/2018 (Südtirol): Tasted on site at St. Michael Eppan. Some white fruit, peach and pear, similar to the Weißburgunder but slightly cooler. Full bodied and medium acid, rich and ripe. Long finish. Very good.
