November 25, 2021 - Thanksgiving on the Mountain; 11/25/2021-11/28/2021 (Park City, Utah): I still like this, but it’s completely changedinto a nuttier bottle. Is it bad? Nah. Don’t sit on it tho. And it’s not worth it’s price. But if u have a bottle? Will still drink well, just don’t linger on it. Pop and pour fast 😂.

November 2, 2020 - Drink UP! I was dead on with this wine, my concerns were 100% warrantied, very sad! This wine was made in the style of Brut-Nature and while it is cool at the start it dies quickly.
The nose on this wine starts nicely but within minutes, even less now, the nose gets oxidized and becomes applesauce. Same with the mouth, of course, the acidity and lovely mousse is off the charts, but this is a wine that needs to be drunk NOW!

February 20, 2019 - Tasting this side by side the late disgorged is a home-run, it is not only a late disgorged wine, but it is also brut nature, see my blog post for this.
The nose on this wine is lovely, really rich, layered, with intense brightness and acidity, with screaming lemon curd, peach and apple cobbler, brioche, and nice toast that gives way to ripe green and yellow apple, and crazy insane ripe lemon curd. The mouth on this medium bodied wine is juicy, bright, and tart with baked anjou pear, crazy acidity, and small mousse bubbles, with lovely yeast and apple compote that goes on forever!! The finish is long and tart with insane grapefruit, bitter and rich grapefruit pith, and lemon zest. Bravo!!! Drink by 2020 as this is a Brut Nature and it is not for long holding, at least the ones we have seen so far have not held well.
