September 19, 2021 - VERY austere upon opening, although such a fantastic nose that had me thinking this was going in another direction. Tightly wound up with lemony accents , slight chalkiness and not much else. Opened up after some time in the glass but never managed to do it for me. Medium minus mouthfeel and the same with the shortish finish. Well made but this style?, bottling not my style at the moment. Probably not the wisest to pair with scallops and garlicky ( on the light side) lemon pasta. Wasn’t a home run of a pairing

    July 14, 2021 - Bastille Day indulgence
Crips, acidic, citrus and bread notes.
    No complaints.
I might not remember it — buy I enjoyed it!

June 17, 2021 - light lemon color, elegant nose of steel with hints of lemon and apple, on the palate wonderfully vibrant with a very light fruit footprint of pear and citrus, elegant tension, light in presentation but with a marvelous persistence, icy cool long finish with pure and gently rounded acids, this is champagne in a very pure and ethereal state, a delicate progression with no distractions, as an intellectual exercise it is a great delight- but for those who share my love of lean and elegant champagnes, this is the ultimate expression of form, sleek, endearing and most of all fascinating, very much worth seeking out.

October 12, 2020 - There are two other choices for this wine in the database but given that this wine is labeled as Non-Dose on the bottle, I'm going with this entry. Disgorged May 2019, 100% Chard, mostly from Cramant, with the balance coming from Chouilly and Cuis. Crushed rock aroma, with really good balance and supporting acid. I found a red berry note, like a raspberry, which oddly would not put my guess onto Chardonnay but since this was poured blind, this was my honest impression for that fruit sensation. Good wine.
