January 14, 2023 - The wine continues to improve with age. Paired tonight with Ina Garten’s filet of beef bourguignon recipe and the wine was magnificent. Much more savory than fruity, makes it an excellent wine with food.

October 18, 2021 - Improving but still pretty young. Very pure polished red currant fruit with a bit of vanilla mixed in. Prominent fine dusty tannins. Better on night 2. Probably still needs a few years to soften. Unfortunately I have now finished all of mine.

August 20, 2021 - Still young, dark fruit, savory and a bit of earthy undertones. Sticky tannins reminiscent of a much younger wine. Great structure and finish. Will leave my last few bottles for at least 3 more years.
