November 27, 2010 - Not scoring this as we clearly missed its peak. Wine has not turned and still feels like it was fairly complex in its day but it is in its fading period at this point and just not one to suggest. Using it to cook instead

March 30, 2008 - Let decant for around 10 minutes before consuming. Taste like black currant, plum, and dark chocolate. Decent bottle, not too overpowering.

March 10, 2007 - Tasted this at Pete's today, and took a bottle into drink at Porcella. Liked it more at Pete's, but it did get better after being poured and opening up some. Interesting chocolate notes to it, which is why I bought it in the first place.
