Robe pourpre/grenat. Arômes d’herbes séchées, olives, poivre, framboises.
Au palais, d’abord sur la puissance, puis il gagne en équilibre et en concentration, finale sur un tannin suave.

August 17, 2022 - Excellent Chateauneuf offering depht and complexity
on day 1 the tannins were a bit tights and on day 2 we had a great wine offering a bouquet of plum, raspberry, strawberry, spices...
the nose and mouth kept evolving during the dinner
still young. Will drink my next bottle in 3-4 years -
