February 17, 2019 - Cette fois un peu moins frais. Seulement 30 mins d'ouverture et pourtant, il s'exprime dès le premier verre. Très bon. En accompagnement de pizzas (quatro formaggi, prosciutto) et polpette. Accord serein. Pas besoin d'attendre, on boit maintenant.

December 29, 2018 - Great pairing with lamb tartare. This show nice pure and light expression of grenache with red fruits, pepper, cinnamon, dried herbs and silky tannins.

November 18, 2018 - 3 heures d'air avant le service. À l'ouverture, trop froid et muet. Après son repos, nez de prunes fraîches, un peu d'épices et de la terre. En bouche, c'est léger, agréable, l'acidité est sous contrôle et les tanins sont fins et un peu plus présents vers la fin de la bouteille. Je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus charpenté pour la garde. Prochaine bouteille 2 ans max pour voir l'évolution. Garde: 4 à 6 ans max. Bien bon mais un peu cher.
