September 25, 2019 - Roussillon; 9/14/2019-9/27/2019 (Banyuls): La Vieille Cave, Banyuls.
Grenache noir 40%, Carignan 40% and Mourvèdre 20%. Fresh on the fruit, elegant and pure, medium length. Very good to veal or chicken but could not keep up with magret de canard on sauce de banyuls. Drink in its youth, 88+.
