June 4, 2022 - Pale gold colour. Small and fizzy bubbles. Medium and developing nose with green apples, lemon, bread, toast, butter and brioche. Medium taste of green apples, lemon, bread and toast. Medium (+) long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Riesling Sekt. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with shellfish.

July 13, 2019 - Zu Beginn vielleicht etwas zu warm, insgesamt aber wieder sehr trinkbar - wobei mir diesmal ein wenig die gewohnte Frische gefehlt hat.
