July 28, 2022 - Deep red, almost brown colour, somewhat spicy and nicely alluring on the nose. Very smooth slightly dry palate, quite short to medium length, berry and spice notes dominate for mine. Soft tannins, but enough for some interest. Paired nicely with homemade cacio e pepe. 89
