Community Tasting Notes 1

November 16, 2019 - Round, supple, quaffable red wine

Opened and let it sit in the bottle for an hour after having poured a glass (to increase surface of contact with air). This is recommended but not a necessity.

    Appearance: Clear, medium ruby
Nose: Medium intensity, youthful, raspberry coulis, fresh red and black cherrie, notes of black licorice
Palate: clean, dry, medium round tannins, moderate acidity, med (+) body, warming alcohol (14.5%). Red and dark berries, black olives, white pepper, good but fairly simple.

Good and pleasant but somewhat lacks of complexity: 88-89
Not suitable for a long ageing
