November 6, 2023 - Contributed this bottle to a stellar lineup up of wines with Dominik Huber at lunch. The bottle was a little warm for service compared to others, so it felt a little more one dimensional, a great mix of red and dark fruit in a liqueured way reminiscent of Chateauneuf du Pape in a warm year from a good producer. Corked this back up and took it home. A little more air and the cooler temperature helped this open up nicely, lots more violet pastille and Provencal flavors seemed to emerge with the silky yet substantial structure of Northern Rhone, layered, nuanced showing a delicacy unlike most other Priorat and the freshness to make this very food friendly; really tasty but the newer vintages seem to really be dialed in with their finesse and dynamic personalities.

September 23, 2023 - Full, very minerally nose with crushed stone and rubber. Complex. Fresh and elegant plum and blackberry. Developed.
Medium-fullish, fullish palate. Elegant and balanced. Fresh and fruity with some warmth. Mineral, stone, black fruit and with good grip.
Very good now, can be cellared further, 3-5 yrs.

November 26, 2019 - P&P. Watson’s in HK then Feather & Bone. Dark core. Rustic. Crunchy herby nose. Wozzza on the palate. Dryish stringent finish. Fruit needs some time and air. This is gonna be great w fatty beef.

September 30, 2019 - Weekly tasting group RWP #346; Some random wines (@ JdB): In the bouquet strawberries and cherries. On the palate a juicy wine with sweet chocolate and cherries, a lot of sweetness, good acidity and round tannin. A bit fat. Overall a friendly and soft, still very primary wine with a good length. I would like to taste this again about 5+ years from now.

May 5, 2019 - Priorat wine fair 2019 (and related events); 5/2/2019-5/9/2019 (Tarragona and various places in Priorat): If the Torroja did not impress me then what can I say about this one. Costs the double of Torroja (around 60€) and it is a better wine for sure. But for me it is nowhere in the range of proper 60€ Priorat wines. Overpriced.
