March 28, 2020 - Seriously good Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire. Slightly sweet grapefruit, stone fruit, with a well-balanced dose of minerality. Zesty, but not at all severe. Paired beautifully with a chicken pot pie, cutting through the richness on the palate without suppressing any of the delicious tastes of the pie. One of the best SBs I've had in a long time. At $18, a serious value.

October 3, 2019 - Beautiful aromas of grapefruit/ grass/ white flowers/ herbs and wonderful minerality.
Medium plus linear palate of citrus/ herbs and chalk
Balanced and very enjoyable SB - Just screams Loire

    August 14, 2019 - Light gold/ straw color - crystalline
Medium plus aromas of grass/ gooseberry/ herbs and cat pee but quite complex and pleasant
Medium plus palate - somewhat linear - mostly green apples with nice underlying salinity which is quite pronounced
Medium plus acidity and nice length
I found this to be a quite pleasant and complex SB - would definitely buy again

    August 9, 2019 - Single blind tasting
    Light straw color
Medium + aromatics of green herb, spice and cat pee
Medium + palate with medium + acidity
Palate dominated by green apple nd salt
    Linear mouthfeel and medium finish.
Typical aromatics of northern climate S. Blanc

July 4, 2019 - Great classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas. Grass, peppers. Mouth is strikingly tart. Crisp refreshing. Flavors follow through on expectations from the nose. Mouthwatering finish. Medium to long flavors in the finish. Exactly what I'd hope for in an SB from the Loire.
