Shortly - no balance in taste.
Red currant shows in the middle and last to the end. The problem with it is, that it's so strong, that it kills everything else.
Especially in sour finish!
Shiraz without black fruits!
It's so pity, because wine has so nice, sophisticated aromas.
A lot of violet ( really nice), raspberry, blueberry, herbs,
smoke. -

July 10, 2022 - Viel zu jung geöffnet, erst nach langer Belüftung kommt er….dann aber sehr schön mit den typischen rauchigen und speckigen Noten. Combier ist einfach eine sichere Bank …..aktuell würde ich aber eher den L (Laurent Combier) empfehlen, der ist aus dem gleichen Jahrgang jetzt top. Dieser Gutswein braucht noch Zeit…
