March 5, 2024 - Decanted 60 minutes & pared with pasta all’amatriciana. Light weight Barolo that I can’t say I’m a fan of. Average really. I want more structure & body in Barolo. This isn’t it.

January 15, 2024 - Exquisitely elegant. All the prefume and florals you could want. Light-medium bodied, and beautifully balanced. Just a lovely example of traditional, restrained Barolo in a great spot for drinking.

December 22, 2023 - Decanted 3 1/2 hours and drank over another hour. Lighter Barolo and more like a Barbaresco but with more complexity and flavor layers. Will benefit with more cellaring for sure.
