  February 9, 2023 - Pale lemon-green in the glass. I'm getting vegetal aromas here which is super weird for Riesling - tomato leaf, juniper, durian and some quince. The palate is generic as fuck, no depth or character. A happy hour wine you don't even think about. Structurally well-balanced, but that's the most positive thing.

  July 20, 2020 - Opened this at home to celebrate a birthday with food from New Ubin Seafood. We had Har Cheong Chicken, Fried Kailan, Oyster Omelette, Garlic Crab, Ribeye Steak, Fries, Fried Rice, Hokkien Mee, and Hei Chor.
  
  Pale straw gold in colour with fragrant and faint notes of nectar, floral, and tropical fruits. On the palate the wine presents restrained sweetness, coupled with tangerine, mandarin, kamquat and a touch of honey and lychee. Wonderfully lush and soothing on the palate, sweet while not overwhleming, this wine is popular among the ladies.
  
  It is also a style which I am gradually moving on from.
