September 11, 2009 - Popped and poured. Enjoyed the balance but disappointed with the lack of the mid and the short finish. Some nice ripe red fruit, dill/olive, caramel, tobacco, and craisins. Went ok with pizza but was clearly outclassed by the 04 L'Ecole CV Cab we had alongside. Not inspiring and one-dimensional.

Wine finishes clean and meium length. Probably wait another year to see how the last bottle fairs. Would purchase again.
