November 20, 2023 - Explosive aromas of fruit, pastries and boulangeries. On the palate, great texture, structure and freshness. Fantastic soft acidity.
Light gold colour.
Pronounced aromas of bruised apple, apple strudel, lemon tart, brioche, hazelnut, ripe peach, white blossom, hay, beeswax, fresh squeezed lemon.
Pronounced palate.

April 3, 2021 - Yellow apple and strudel nose. Over ripe apple with citrus notes and mineral palate. Fine mousse and short finish.

January 13, 2019 - Light citrus and brioche nose with medium weight fresh citrus fruit, clean tart acidity and slight creamy finish. Yum.
