February 27, 2021 - Event #1: Where in the World is Carmenere Sandiego? (Ciao Baci): Perfect with the tuna tartare. The sweetish ingredients with the fish were perfectly balanced by the Viognier’s bright, fresh flavors.

July 5, 2020 - Mineral, intense, vibrant - and quite deep. Citrus, apricot, peach here, very fine acidity. And a very young wine, leave it be for a couple of years, at least. 92++ point

September 20, 2019 - Like the 2016. This wine has a bit of acidity on the initial pallete. When in mouth the wine delivers apricot & brioche followed by pear and cream delivered in a creamy textured mouthfeel. Also just like the 16' the wine is more smoothing than the initial at the mid palette which really lingers.
In the finish a balanced large apricot nut with lemon, papaya, and citrus fruit. the wine is so balanced. WOW there are so many flavors.1 person found this helpful Comment
