  👀 APPEARANCE: Medium ruby (on the lighter side for CabSav)
  
  👃 NOSE:
  After the opening more red than black fruits, but developed with a bit of air.
  M(+) intense aromas of blackberry, plum, black cherry, mint and light bell pepper that are typical for cab sav. Some earthiness, mushroom, and leather. Vanilla, toast and tobacco from the oak aging.
  
  👄 PALATE:
  Dry with high acidity and high, but soft and well-integrated tannins. Medium alcohol (13.5%) and M(+) body. M(+) intensity and finish.
  
  🎓 CONCLUSION:
  Well-balanced wine with good intensity and complexity. Overall: 92 points.
  
  Readiness for drinking: can drink now (best with some decanting) but can certainly keep for some years if you are patient enough.
  
  Pairs nicely with steak or other meat dishes.

  April 4, 2021 - I like this Cabernet. Fruity, blackberries and some oak. Not that long taste thought. Paired great with lamb
