Community Tasting Notes 1

April 16, 2020 - Decanted for an hour. I was initially concerned when I tasted sweet notes. But, unlike other wines with the same sweet profile, this wine finished with decent depth and a long finish. The sweetness became more balanced after the second hour as this blend became more interesting with white pepper and spice. 89-90
