August 14, 2022 - The bottles are stored since purchase in the top air-conditioned cellar. The Nova Domus shows absolutely youthful freshness and does not yet show any aging notes. It still has a long life ahead of it. The wine is complex and plays ambivalently with its power while remaining full of tension and also showing its delicate side. It is a perfect companion for our self-caught rainbow trout.

August 10, 2022 - Nectarine, bees wax, lemon curd, icy. Some acacia or other floral smells. Golden colour, very rich. Juicy and fresh, medium bodied. Well balanced. Long clean finish. Excellent.

September 18, 2020 - This is a lovely wine, a blend of pinot blanc, chardonnay, and sauvignon blanc. If you see it on a restaurant wine list, order it!

June 28, 2020 - Slightly young, needed a 30 min decant, but otherwise a really delicious and well structured wine from a great producer. Really enjoyed their white wines over the past year and this was no different. Peach, stonefruit, slight whiff petrol, buttery and rich with nice acidic backbone. Good stuff.

March 4, 2020 - My style of a chard based wine. Definitely old world Burgundian style wine which really is terrific. Vegetable like start with slightly unripened apple and limestone mid palette. The finish is balanced with lemon rind and pineapple.
