July 9, 2019 - Tasted at Grand Union Wine Society and, some days later, at a private tasting. Opened and double-decanted 6h before tasting. Excellent black fruits with blackcurrant predominant. Very good structure, acidity, and balance with soft tannins, but sufficient to suggest a long life. This wine easily held its own against an older, well-known Cru Bourgeois Claret. 90+
