December 15, 2020 - Cherry, incense powder, clay, very good acidity. A bit lean and linear, with a tenseness about it, hard to imagine improvement from here. Somewhat indistinct alone, this was very good with pasta bolognese.

October 29, 2020 - Blod, torkade löv, blöt skog, mörka bär, svaga ektoner, torkade rosor.
Relativt mjuk i munnen med röda bär, men rätt vresig fortfarande, hög syra. Väldigt fin fruktighet som blandas med tertriära aromer, främst svamp och lite läder. Riktigt gott!
