November 25, 2023 - Typical aromas in the Raveneau fashion, nutty, fresh yolk, preserved lemons, oily and rich in the mouth, with excelent depth of flavors and power, minerals and marine influence concluding in a long finish. Incredibly youthful and impressive !

November 16, 2023 - Premier Cru Table (The Fifth Avenue Hotel): My favorite of the Raveneau flight. Very fresh, aged tropical flavors, roasted yellow fruit, marshmallow. Very good weight, light on its feet across the palate. 93-94

June 12, 2016 - SLDS June 2016: Honey, nutty, orange, marmalade and popcorn with floral notes emerging - got even better as it opened in the glass. Rich fruit on the palate, there is structure still giving this focus into a great length finish. Spectacular stuff.

February 13, 2016 - Yellow gold in the glass. Wafting bouquet of honeysuckle, white flowers (lilies), salinity, pineapple, and deep earthy tones, soily white button mushrooms. Reductive, slight sulphur, no oxidation. Starts off a little dirty (in a great way) and cleans up into supremely rich chardonnay butter and tropical fruits. Big minerality on the palate. Salinity without brine. Lengthy tingling finish. Would have guessed mid '90s Puligny-Montrachet. Have never encountered a Chablis so rich. Absolutely fantastic over four hours.
