It stays completely in the yellow apple, bready yeasty side of things with just a touch of lemon on the ending…

April 11, 2021 - Nose of yeast and yellow apples. Yeast and more yellow apples on the mid-palate, with a sharp, citrusy acidity and some red berries notes to complement the nice ending.
