  March 19, 2020 - Doing what Spain does best - balancing between Old and New World.
  
  N: Heady, juicy blackcurrant, black berries, a little blue fruit, w/pungent black pepper, wild herbs, and a slab of new but harmonised oak.
  
  P: Med+ body, more dired red fruit and rose florals of the pal, silky texture, very savoury after a long decent. Creeping, elegant mellow med- tannins and med+ acid. More baking spice and soil. Delicious but lacks a little fruit to counter savoury.
  
  Fin: Old leather, creamy oak, burnt toast.

  November 1, 2019 - A very enjoyable Spanish red: deep and smooth, with notes of plum and dark berries, and notable, well integrated barrique. Round and full on the palate, nicely lingering aftertaste.

  March 3, 2019 - Really lovely. Bacon, savoury nose. Rich, savoury, dark and bacon. Really lovely
  Day 2 - bacon is almost gone. Still savoury, rich red fruits, but a bit lower rating (88)

  February 13, 2019 - A big wine, medium-ful-bodied with a heavy touch of new (French?) oak. Doesn't quite taste like a Syrah; more reminiscent of a Tempranillo. Notes of gunpowder, mint, and redcurrats, and that sweet French oak vanilla-bourbon. 13.5% ABV.
