July 24, 2021 - Light yellow color with a greenish tinge. Slightly pungent nose with stable, yellow apple and unripe pineapple. Dry, bright acidity, palate follows through with distinct earthiness. Light medium body. Average balance (see juxtaposition above). Short finish. Experimental and jarring.

September 25, 2018 - South African wine tour - Day four (Stellenbosch): Toasted peaches, a little lemon and grapefruit. On the palate it's a little sour; definite grapefruit backed by lemon and peach. Meh.
