Community Tasting Notes 3

May 12, 2023 - From the winery. Quite balanced, rich, with just the right acidity, some depth and power. This is quite a well-rounded and expressive Chardonnay, somewhere between buttery and precise. I much preferred this to the more expensive single-vineyard expression I tasted alongside.

    December 25, 2019 - Christmas 2019 (my house)

On the avg side for wines tonight. Athe nose is Lemon up front. The palette is lemon peel with a brief apricot nut mid palette and more melon finish.

May 3, 2019 - Tasted @ Martinelli: tons of oak and MLF, bit of lemon curd, meh. Typical. The base release Martinelli is not what you want - you want the good, mailing list exclusive stuff.
