January 22, 2023 - My wife and I love Vall Llach and had the pleasure of visiting with Albert many years s ago. Not sure but this has carignan-feel all the way with black-slate terroir. Idus is a delight.

May 2, 2022 - Weekly tasting group RWP: A mixed set tasted fully blind (@ My place): Toasty and smoky bouquet with cherries and sweet spices. On the palate dark berries, minerals, chocolate, good acidity, some development and still a pleasant bite. Beautiful wine.

February 16, 2022 - EEE February 2022; Priorat (By AR @ Keet): Beautiful bouquet with herbs and spices and red as well as dark berries. Also coffee and chocolate. Sweet start, garrigue. mild acidity and tannin. Beautiful and compact, concentrated wine.

November 26, 2021 - Love Vall Llach wines. There’s a fruity zesty quality in nose and taste but with such a soft roundness and hints of classic Priorat llicorella.

May 19, 2021 - Gang of 4 in Covid19 times; cheap vs more expensive (@ RW): In the bouquet lush and ripe dark berries. On the palate a lot of sweet spices, dark berries, black olives, beautiful acidity and round tannin. Still quite youthful, but with some air already a pleasure. I have a few more which I will start drinking from 2024 onwards.
