Community Tasting Notes 9

May 25, 2022 - Full bodied display of the Sangiovese grape with, besides the fruit, butter and nuts. The acidity is just fantastic and provides a counterweight, balancing it out.

July 22, 2021 - Ouillé, but still a m+ intense yellow or light gold color. The nose is more nutty than fruity, with oatmeal and other savory aromas. Dry, elevated acidity, saline. Savory and satisfying. Medium-bodied, 13°. Savagnin has such a bizarre Jekyll & Hyde relationship with Gewurztraminer.

November 7, 2020 - Very attractive nose, in the mouth the acidity nicely kicks in with yellow fruits, orange, fresh nuts and a little touch of grapefruit in the aftertaste.
