February 5, 2021 - Pale red and see through. Strong smell off red currant. Also cherry and red plum. Light, smooth and acidic. Dry. Like drinking lemonade. Small mouthfeel and a short exit. Goes well with tomatosausce and ham pizza.

A pleasant flatness that keeps the right skids on the otherwise fresh and vibrant but still mild and expanded flavors. Thirst quenching and inducing; gently explosive. Natural and extremely honest. Not one for the cellar though a year or two could do this well. Lovely.
