February 14, 2024 - I took this bottle to a pinot noir wine snob group lunch. Everyone brought a high end pinot noir that varied on minerality and weight. The Chasseur was the biggest and everyone considered it the best.

November 26, 2023 - Drank during Thanksgiving week.....wow, such great wines from Hunter. One left. Great color, med acidity, fruit has settled, warming spices on the nose.....enjoy them while you have them!

June 19, 2023 - Dark red big body (14.1%) wine. Floral nose followed by a smooth melody of soft plum and black cherry fruit, Great finish. An excellent bottle of wine. Sorry that the wine maker retired.
