February 29, 2020 - Brutally strong, as the name says. Broad, wide presence on the palate. Has almost like a solid, physical presence. High alcohol. Yet nothing dominates, well balanced. Even the tannins are only modestly sharp despite the young age of the wine. Good acidicity with fruit present. Not much finesse.I wonder what this turns out through cellaring? Could be a true winner. Worth the price already now.
