Medium-dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, light bodied, medium flavour intensity, short finish.

CONCLUSIONS
Good - residual sugar is balanced with fresh acidity however flavours are simple and primary and short finish, Not suitable for bottle ageing as primary flavours subside - the wine is produced in a fresh/fruity/easy drinking style, -

Nose: strawberry, strawberry jam, cranberry juice. Sweet ripe red berry fruit. Maybe watermelon and mint.
Palate: strawberry, strawberry jam, cranberry. Watermelon, mint, tonic water. Candied red fruit. Off-dry to sweet, but more or less balanced by the fresh berry-like acidity. Touch of lemon. Just enough acidity to keep it fresh. 11% alcohol.
